Three of those lines are worth a sentence each.
10 calories is negligible in a day. Three grams of added sugar at 6% of the Daily Value is small but it is not zero, and it is the one line the marketing never mentions. Four milligrams of sodium is a rounding error and is printed because the rule requires it.

The panel states the blend at 82 mg and footnotes it as equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders. Both figures are the manufacturer's.
A blend of this kind is permitted under 21 CFR 101.36: one total for the blend, contents listed in descending order of weight, and no amount required against each name. That is exactly what this label does, so the format is ordinary rather than evasive. What it costs a reader is the ability to check any single plant against any single trial.
Green tea extract, caffeine and horny goat weed extract are printed on the panel and absent from the sales page. Two of the three are the ones a reader most needs: caffeine because it is a stimulant with a stated amount, and horny goat weed because of the enzyme its isolated compound acts on.

The other-ingredients line reads, in full: Corn Syrup, Cane Sugar, Water, Apple Pectin, Sorbitol Liquid, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate.
Apple pectin is the setting agent and is what makes the vegetarian mark on the bottle possible. Corn syrup and cane sugar are the three grams. Sorbitol, natural flavours, citric acid and sodium citrate dihydrate do the rest of the work a chewable sweet requires.
