JellyFil Privacy Policy: What This Website Holds

This website is an information and ordering front for JellyFil. It does not take card details: payment happens on the seller's checkout. What this desk holds is what you send it, which is a message, an email address and where relevant an order ID. Write to contact@Jellyfile.com to see, correct or delete it.

What is collected, why, who sees it, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it back or ask for it gone.

Sharing

Who sees a message sent to the JellyFil desk

A message to contact@Jellyfile.com reaches the people who write these pages. It is used to answer you and to correct the page if you have found something wrong, and it is not sold, rented or passed to a marketing list.

A message to contact@customercs.com or a call to the orders line reaches the order desk, which can see orders. If you send an order question to the website address it will be forwarded there, which is the only routine sharing that happens and the reason the two addresses are kept separate.

Nothing on this website is shared with a data broker, and no profile is built from a visit.

Retention

How long the JellyFil desk keeps it

A message about a page is kept while the correction is being made and for a reasonable period afterwards, so a repeated report can be recognised.
An order question is held by the order desk under its own retention rules, which are set by the obligations attached to a sale.
Server logs are held by the hosting provider under its own schedule and are not used for anything beyond security and diagnosis.
A request to delete what this desk holds is acted on, and confirmed to you when it has been.

Ask what is held

Write to contact@Jellyfile.com from the address you used. That is how the request is matched.

Ask for a correction

Same address. Anything factually wrong about you is corrected rather than annotated.

Ask for deletion

Same address again. Where a legal obligation attached to a sale requires something to be kept, you will be told what and why.

Ask the order desk separately

contact@customercs.com holds order records, and a request about those has to go there because this desk cannot reach them.

Cookies on the JellyFil website

This website uses no marketing or analytics cookie of its own. There is no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracker placed by these pages.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is a third-party request and is subject to that service's own terms. The order checkout is a separate site run by the seller and sets whatever it sets; its policy governs from the moment you leave here.

Children

Children, and the JellyFil audience

This product is for adults aged 18 and over, the label says so, and this website is not directed at anyone under 18. This desk does not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has sent something here, write to contact@Jellyfile.com and it will be deleted.

Changes

Changes to this JellyFil policy

If this policy changes the page changes with it and the review date at the foot moves. There is no separate archive, so a material change is described on the page rather than announced and then hidden.
